wheat flour 50 gm
sauce 1 spoon
mix veg 50 gm
salt n pepper ,chilli ,garlic n ginger paste 1 spoon
soya chunks 20 gm

ghee 1 tbs
boil soya chunks ,grind it ,mix some masala ,ginger garlic paste as per your taste and make tikki with it use little ghee
make a dough with wheat flour and make thin chapati .try to make big n thin chapati with gm flour
chop all vegetables(onion, tomato,bell pepper) in small pcs n mix salt n pepper
now cut your chapati so you can give four fold and put tikki n then grated cheese next put some sauce n then veggies n fold it and put some ghee both side and bake again....enjoy
