potato 100gm

1 slice bread

Salt, Coriander powder, red chilli

chopped onion

chopped green chillies

Method

Step 1

Boil and peel potatoes

Step 2

palm Soak bread in water and drain all water

Step 3

to potatoes add spices as per taste with chopped onion, chillies and soaked bread (drained) and mash mix well

Step 4

make oval shaped cutlets

Step 5

Air fry for min

Step 6

serve with mint chutney and don't forget your hot tea/coffee
