Basmati rice 270g

Paneer 225g

Ghee 10g

Carrots 270g

Method

Step 1

Cook basmati rice in g ghee along with saffron and turmeric for color and flavor In a wide pan add remaining g ghee, kashmiri chilli, salt and fry the paneer pieces. Add grated carrots, salt and spices of your choice and cook for mins. Mix with rice and serve with any raita according to your macros.
