Rice - 50 grams
Dal - 50 grams (moong and toor mixed)
Ginger - 20 grams
Ghee - 10 ml
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Hing - pinch
Pepper - crushed around a teaspoon
Salt to taste
Boil dal and rice together with : water for three whistles. Heat ghee and add ginger, followed by cumin, mustard. Then add pepper and hing. Now season the dal rice and add salt. Mix twill and eat while it is hot because of less ghee, it will feel dry when cold.
