30gms wheat flour 100gms veggies 30gms parmesan cheese - You can add cheese as per your choice. chilli flakes, salt and oregano to taste. 2-3 black olives finely chopped. 5gms ghee You can add one tbsp ketchup if it's within your macros
mix the veggies, cheese and seasoning to make a mixture. roll the chapati and add the mixture in the centre of chapati. fold in a triangle shape and roast it on a tava or pan on a low flame so that it gets crispy. I made small parathas out of this.
