Method

Step 1

soak rice for mins. Drain water and crush it slightly

Step 2

boli milk in a pan and reduce it slightly

Step 3

add crushed rice and cook till rice becomes soft (-mins approximately)

Step 4

add stevia per taste and saffron strands

Step 5

serve chilled
