Cooked rice - cups Mixed vegetable - . cup ( I have used beans and carrot) Salt to taste Garlic - pods (chipped finely) Onion - / finely chopped Olive Oil - grams For Pesto Basil leaves - . cup Coriander leaves - . cup Green chillies - Pepper powder - / teaspoon (adjust to your spice) Olive oil - grams Salt to taste Garlic - pods Paneer marination Salt Mixed herbs
)Add all the ingredients under Pesto. Grind to smooth paste ) Heat the pan and add oil. When it is hot add garlic and fry till brown in color. Add Onion and fry till transparent. Add vegetables and cook it with salt. ) Add grinded paste. Mix well. Cook ) Keep cooked rice in a plate till it is cool down a bit. Add this to pesto paste. Mix well. ) Switch it off and Serve hot with paneer done in AIRFRYER( important) )😊
