Soya flour - 50 gms
Moong beans - 40 gms
Ginger 1 inch & Green chillies -2
Onion & Coriander - 150 gms together
Ghee - 8 gms
Spices - Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt - as per taste
Soak moong beans overnight or - hrs
Grind soaked moong beans along with ginger and green chillies. Add little water at a time.
chop onion and coriander finely
Mix moong beans paste, soya flour and spices together
Add water to adjust consistency
Brush tava with ghee and spread the batter evenly
Spread onion and coriander over dosa
Cook covered for - minutes on low flame then cook for - minutes in open pan
Flip and cook uncovered from other side too for minutes
