Lauki (bottle guard) 100gm
Cauliflower 50gm
Cabbage 100gm
Bell Pepper 75gm
ginger & garlic paste
Potato 100gm
Beet Root (optional for color) 25gm
tomato 2 pc

Butter 10ml
Boil Potato and Lauki with tomato in pressure cooker together for - min and strain
Grate all other veggies (thin grate)
Add butter to pan along with cumin seeds
Add ginger garlic paste along with grated vegetables in the pan and saute on low flame for - min
ADD PAV BHAJI MASALA (I used MDH) and add all from step and keep mashing with ladle
add water as necessary but end product is not gravy
Serve with bread/Pav you may add roasted paneer to add Protien to it using a non stick pan helps reduce oil
