Take paneer and mash it properly.
Add whey to it and mix till it become homogeneous.
add dry fruits and cardamom powder to it and mix properly
Take some saffron in table spoon water and whisk it till water become yellowish red.
Make balls of mixture and colour the top with saffron water
Put in refrigerator for sometime to set and enjoy.
