10ml Mustard oil
1tsp Red chilly powder
1tsp Turmeric powder
1tsp Chaat masala
1tsp Black salt
½ tsp Roasted cumin powder
1tsp kasuri methi
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1tsp Hung curd
½ Tomato, Onion, Capsicum
500ml Water
1/2 Lemon Juice
Cut gm Paneer into cubes and pour hot turmeric water over it.
In a bowl add ml warm mustard oil, / tbsp red chilly powder, / tbsp chaat masala, tsp black salt, / tsp roasted cumin powder, tsp kasuri methi ,/ lemon juice and / tsp garam masala. Mix well.
Now add tbsp ginger garlic paste and tsp hung curd. Mix well.
To this marinating add the paneer and quarters of onion, tomato and capsicum. Carefully mix and keep in a fridge for hour.
Put on skewers and cook directly on gas to grill.
