Paneer - 100 GMs Hung Curd - 20 GMs Oil - 3 GMs 1 medium sliced onion, layers separated 1 diced bell pepper Dry spices- roasted jeera, Carom seeds, black and white pepper, black salt, chaat masala, paprika, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
Step : Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside. Step : Heat a pan with ml oil. When it turns hot, add all the ingredients on a medium heat covering with a lid. Step: Let it cook for minutes. Serve it hot.
