Ingredients

Paneer 100 gm Mix vegetables (Onion, carrot, capsicum, beans and cabbage) Tomato ketchup 10 gm Mayo 10 gm Wheat flour 50 gm Butter 5 gm Salt as per taste Black pepper 1/4th tsp

Method

Step 1

Cut paneer into small cubes and vegetables into fine slices. Take a non stick pan, put gm butter, put vegetables. Saute for - mins then add paneer. Add spices and gm tomato ketchup, mix well. Keep aside. Make thin chapati, somewhat big in size. Put butter on it. Spread remaining sauce and mayo on the chapati. Put the stuffing and make a roll. Put it on tawa and cook on both the sides. Serve hot.
