Paneer- 80g

Atta-50g

Green chillies-2

Oil-8-10g

Coriander and Mint chopped

mixed spice powders(Garam, Dhaniya, Chat, Red Chilli and salt

lemon

Method

Step 1

Chop green chillies, Coriander and Mint finely.

Step 2

Add grated Paneer

Step 3

Add atta

Step 4

Add mixed spice powders

Step 5

Add little lemon juice

Step 6

Make a dough with little water and let it set for atleast mins

Step 7

Make upto small rotis with oil as required
