Dissolve half the besan in some water. Mix salt,chilli, garam masala, chopped green chillies
And grated paneer with it to prepare a thick batter for pakoras.
Add glasses of water, all the spices, salt and besan to dahi and beat well.
Heat oil and saute rai, jeera and methi and add onion, ginger and tomatoes. Fry for minutes, while stirring all the time.,
Season the besan mixture. Then cook till it comes to boil. Reduce heat and cook for - minutes more.
When the curry thickens, add pakoras and hara dhania. Remove from heat and serve hot.
