Paneer : 70 gms
Veggies (capsicum, riced cauliflower) : 100 gms
Onion and tomato: 50 gms each
Ghee : 5 gms
Add a ghee to heated pan and then put in some ginger garlic paste and let it cook for few seconds
Once the ginger garlic pasted started turning brown add in riced cauliflower and sauté it
On the other side make a purée out of the remaining veggies
Add this purée to the heated pan that has cauliflower
Place a lid on the bowl and let it cook for few mins, later add the panner cubes that are of medium size
Place the lid again and cook it for few more pins
There you go !! Your paneer masala curry is ready, you can have this with roti/chapathi/naan
