Paneer 200 g

Ghee 10 g
Cut the paneer in cubes and marinate it with salt, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, a litlle ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for some time.
Meanwhile, chop some onion and tomato.
Heat a pan with g of ghee and slightly saute the marinated paneer cubes. Once done, take the cubes of the pan.
Heat the rest of the ghee on the pan. Put elaichi, some cinnamon, bay leaves and dry red chillies and fry them for about secs.
Saute the onions, ginger garlic paste untill it appears golden brown. Put salt to taste along the same spices used to marinate the paneer.
Put the chooped/pureed tomato and let it get mushy. Pour the plain curd and let it simmer for mins.
Finally, put the paneer cubes in the gravy and simmer for another mins. Paneer masala is ready.
Serve with rice or roti.
