Simple protein rich sandwich Serves Ingredients: Pudina chutney Pudina leaves jeera powder salt ginger Filling Paneer: g Carrot: small Capsicum: small Corn: g Curd: tbsp salt, oregano, Chilli flakes: as per taste bread slices: ghee/butter Procedure: Prepare Pudina chutney by grinding pudina, jeera powder and salt in mixer-grinder. Add water and adjust the consistency. Boil carrot and corn for - min. Beat the curd in a container till there are no lumps left. Add veggies, paneer, salt and spices. Mix gently and let it marinate for - min. Roast bread slices on a pan by adding small amount of ghee/butter. Apply pudina chutney to one side and spread the paneeer filling over it. Cover with another roasted slice of bread. heat the sandwich on pan and serve hot.
