Paneer

ghee

Cabbage, capsicum, Cauliflower, Onion

Isabgol

Method

Step 1

Shred paneer ( gms) finely, grind cabbage in mixer, chop cauliflower, onion ( gms) and capsicum to fine pieces now mix all the above and add green chili paste to it

Step 2

To the above add isabgol (for binding) of - gms, ghee ( gms) and salt to your taste. Now sprinkle little amount of hot water to the entire mixture and knead them well with your hands

Step 3

Now make the entire mixture to the shape of balls (like Manchuria) and keep them in air fryer at deg centirgrade for mins, then flip them and keep more mins
