Ghee 5 gms
Heat gms ghee in a pan . Add finely chopped ginger and garlic. . Saute for seconds to minute till you get aroma . Add cabbage and capsicum, stir well for another minutes. . Add paneer, saute until it turns golden brown . Add cooked rice and mix all the ingredients well. . Add salt, red chilli powder and soya sauce. . Stir well for another minutes on a high flame. . Transfer it to a serving bowl.
