Butter 5gms
Wisk eggs and egg white. Add chilli flakes and keep aside . In separate pan, take gms of butter and saute all vegetables (I added onion, Capsicum, french beans, green chilli and coriander) .once veggies turns crispy, add paneer cubes and saute for - minutes more. . Add salt and spices of your choice . Take this mixture in bowl and let it cool down completely . Add vegetables with whisked eggs together and mix well. . Heat up pan, Add -gms of butter (if required), and pour mixture onto it. . Cover with lid and flip omelette after a minute. . Your tasty dish is ready . You can add cheese on top of it, if its allowed within your macros.
