200 g paneer crumbs Carrots 100g grated Onion 50g finely chopped 2 green chillies finely chopped Coriander finely chopped Salt to taste Pepper powder Red chilli powder Chaat masala 1/2 tsp. 50g bread crumbs
Mix above ingredients except bread crumbs and make a mixture. Roll up balls of the above mixture and flatten them. Apply bread crumbs on both sides and brush oil before placing them in air fryer. After mins open the tray and flip the other side and brush oil accordingly. Or cook it on a non stick pan till golden brown. Note: grams oil is roughly table spoon oil. Quantity of oil can be reduced to - grams of you are just doing oil brush while using air dryer.
