Paneer- 100 gms
Onion 100 gms
Garlic- 20 gms
Ginger- 40 gms
Red chilli powder- 5 gms
Cashew 10 gms
Coriander powder- 5 gms
Tomatoes- 100 gms
Garam Masala- 5 gm
Fresh cream- 20 gms
Butter- 5gm
Ghee- 5gm
Heat gm of ghee in Pan and add green cardamoms.
Then add cup cubed onions and fry stirring often they turn transparent to light pink.
Then add tomatoes and salt. Sauté for minutes.
Cover and cook till the onion and tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
Then add Garam Masala , Coriander Powder, Cashew nuts , red chilli powder.
Fry for - mins. Let it cool.
Transfer to a blender with cup of water. Blend it into a smooth puree and set it aside
Heat gms of butter in same pan and add cinnamon, cardamoms and small bay leaf
Reduce the flame and saute gms of ginger garlic paste for minutes
Pour the blended onion tomato puree . Pour ½ cup of water and mix well and cover and cook.
Once the gravy is done add gms of Paneer. Sprinkle it with Kasuri Methi.
Mix and cook on lowered heat for mins. Pour fresh cream and stir.
Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with Coriander leaves
