Bread (any)- 55 gm Paneer- 50 gm Besan- 40 gm Onion- 20 gm Coriander chutney- 10gm Salt Herbs of your choice
Mix herbs in besan. Add water. Make a slight thin paste. Chop onion and mash paneer in it. Add salt and herbs of your choice. Apply a layer of coriander chutney. Fill both the bread pieces with stuffing. Dip in besan mix. Grill on a non-stick pan from both sides. !!!ENJOY!!!
