Cook the rice with some salt and keep aside.Cut the paneer into cubes and sauté them in the butter . In the same butter add some whole spices and then onion. Once the onion turns translucent add a tsp of ginger garlic paste. Cook till the raw smell goes . Add Turmeric powder, salt , red chilli powder and give a mix . Add the paneer pieces and mix . Add two tsp of ready made biryani masala and give a stir . Add the cooked rice and stir fry for a few minutes. Add some mint leaves for freshness . Serve hot with raita …!!
