Palak- medium size around 100 grams
Basmatice Rice- 50 grams
Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies
Salt
Oil- 10 grams
Bay leaves- 2, Elaichi- 1 , Lavang- 2
Cook Rice and keep aside. . Grind Ginger, Garlic and Green chillies together. . Blanch palak in hot water and Puree it. .Add oil to pan. . Add bay leaves, elaichi, lavang, saute. . Add the paste ginger garlic n chilly paste. . Add Palak Puree and cook and add salt. . Add Rice and Steam cook with water as required. . Ready to eat. Paneer is just to give a look 😬
