Spinach 250gms, paneer 75gms, oil 5 gms, onion 20gms, tomato 30gms
(All ingredients as per my macros. You can make as per yours) Blanch the washed spinach for mins, boil the onion, tomato and make a paste of the tomato, onion and spinach. Sauted the paneer with salt and haldi and keep aside.(I don’t use oil for sautéing the paneer). Put gm oil, added red chilli and black jeera. Add the spinach paste, cook in low flame for mins and add the sauted paneer. And simple healthy and tasty palak paneer is ready. Total calories: cal Protein: gms Keeps full for hours!!! You can enjoy with rice or chapati.
