Paneer 50g Palak 100g Oil 5g Garlic 4 cloves 1 green Chilli Pepper Powder Salt to taste Red chilli powder cumin seeds
Saute spinach in half a cup of water till it is partially cooked. Grind the drained spinach with garlic and chilli to a fine paste. Take a sauce pan, add g oil, add cumin seeds and red chilli powder. Add the spinach paste, add red Chilli powder, pepper powder and salt to taste. Add cubes of g of paneer in the mixture.
Serve it with home made phulka / chapati and green salad to have a balanced meal which has protein, carbs, fats and fiber.
