100 gram Chicken 50 gram Onions 50 gram Tomatoes 100 gram Palak 10 gram ghee/ oil
Step : Boil palak and grind it in to fine paste. Keep the paste aside.
Step: Take a pan add ghee or oil now add chopped onion and fry it till it turn golden brown now add tomatoes and let it be cooked till soft. Now add little ginger garlic paste, turmeric,red chilly,and salt according to the taste.
Step : Add grind paste of palak in onion and tomatoes and mix it properly. Now add chicken and cook till oil separate.
Step: Dish Palak Chicken is ready you can enjoy it with chapati or rice.
