Oats 30gms chopped onion 20gms grated boiled potato 80gms grated carrots 20gms chopped coriander 3gms salt as per taste red chilli powder as per taste jinger garlic powder as per taste
Boiled potato and grate it wash oats and drain the water then add grated carrots and finely chopped onion, coriander,red chilli powder,jinger garlic powder and salt as per taste. either u can make like roti or paratha on roti making platform. i made it on hand so it's little fat. and then take non stick tava and on slow to medium flame fry without oil.It taste crispy and yummy. Time taken was minutes as i was having extra boiled potato at home. (Tip you can add any vegetables only make sure it's not watery)
