40 grm oats 20 grm soya chunks 5 grm ghee 5 grm peas onion, green chilli and tamato masalas...salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

use a pan add ghee and do tadka like onions green chilli and tamato cook until it's cooked...now add masala and add soaked soya chunks mix all nicely now add oats and water cook and mix until water soaked...now serve it .😄
