) Mix soya and oats with veggies in one bowl ) Add curd (-gm) I have added gm and spices. )soak for min in very little water. ) after min add water slowly to avoid lumps. ) brush pan with little ghee and spread smoothly. ) cook for - min on medium flame on both sides.
