oats 35gm

moong dal 35gm

ghee 10gm

curd 50gm

veggies of your choice

red chilli powder , turmeric, Coriander powder , jeera powder, garam masala

Method

Step 1

In a pressure cooker heat ghee add tempering

Step 2

add onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot , cauliflower, dry spices , salt to taste

Step 3

add oats ,dal water as per your choice , pressure cook and you are good to go

Step 4

grate beetroot , add curd, jeera powder , salt

Step 5

if your macros permits add jeera tadka
