2.5 CUP WATER
In a pressure cooker heat ghee. Now add bay leaf and cumin seeds. Let the cumin seeds crackle.
Now chopped the onion and saute onion till they turn soft.
Now add chopped ginger and green chillies. Saute for few seconds.
Next add chopped tomatoes and saute till soft.
Add mix veggies and saute for a minute.
Then add moong dal and mix well. Next add oats
Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix it well.
Add . cups of water. Season with salt and mix it again. Cover the cooker with lid and pressure cook on medium flame for to minutes.
Your oats kichdi is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
