Rolled Oats - 25gm
Rice Flour - 20gm
Semolina - 10gm
Sodium Bicarbonate - 1gm
Dry roast gm of rolled oats.
Cool and Grind into fine powder.
Add gm of rice flour and gm of Semolina into the oats powder.
Add water, a pinch of Sodium Bicarbonate and seasoning.
Let the mix for minutes ( add water if the mix is thick to make it watery).
Pour on a greased hot tawa, cook for minutes.
Serve with Sambar or chutney.
