Oats: 20gms( i have used rolled oats )
Whey protein :2scooops
Soya milk:50ml
Raisins :2gms
Banana:50gms
Desiccated coconut :2gms
Zero calories honey/maple syrup:5gms(you can use as per your choice but count your calories) I have used one from: BULK zero calorie syrup
STEPS: . Take a bowl which can go microwave / oven . Add oats . Take a shaker/ blender :Add soya milk + whey protein and blend : this will make a very thick paste ,add it on top of oats . Airfry it for mins at deg( you may microwave for two three mins , but pls keep an eye) . Once its baked . Take out , add some chopped bananas, Raisins, desiccated coconut and zero calorie syrup/honey and enjoy your morning breakfast Note: as oats will be at bottom it will not be mixed with protein ( i liked eating that way)and milk if you want them to be drenched in milk add more milk to protein powder and mix it before putting it into oven
