Oats: 25 gm Milk: 150 GM Whey: 1 scoop Almonds/Cashews: 10 gm
Heat oats in a thick-bottomed pan. . Stir well and saute for - mins on low flame. . Then add milk. Mix well. . Simmer the mixture for to mins on a low flame till the oats soften. . Switch off the flame. . Add scoop whey to the mixture and mix well. . Depending upon the thickness, you can add some water. . Garnish the dessert with chopped almonds . Serve Warm or chilled as a breakfast or dessert post meals.
