30gm oats

1 banana

20gm coco powder

10gm peanut butter

10gm protein spread

1tbsp honey

Stevie if needed

Method

Step 1

grind oats and coco powder together. smash the half banana, add coco powder and oats, add peanut butter. add Stevie if you need, mix it well. or drop of oil on pan if the pan is non stick no need of oil. cook it nicely on both side. cut the remain half banana in pieces garnish with banana add honey on it and gm of protein spread. and enjoy delicious oat pancake 🥞 😋
