Oats 100 grams Dates 200 grams Peanut 300 grams Sesame seeds 100 grams Dry Fig 100 grams Flaxseed 20 grams Ghee 120 ml Jaggery 120 grams
Dry roast oats, peanut, sesame seeds, flaxseed separately and then grind coarsely. .Chopp down or mash dates and fig into small pieces.(I have chopped by scissor) .Finally mix all ingredients and pour gheen on it ,start binding Laddu .I have made Laddus out of this so macro is given per Laddu. . Binding Laddu is real pain for me🙄 All Laddu are for my family members not for me because jaggery and some other ingredients are not in my diet chart.🤗
