500 gms soft paneer or homemade chhana
4 tablespoons palm jaggery
1 pinch cardamom powder
70% dark and white chocolate chips
Knead the panner for - minutes
Put the paneer in a heated non-stick pan along with jaggery and cardamom powder and mix it properly for minutes. Once done, let it completely cool down and knead it softly for another - minutes
When kneaded, roll them into small balls and make a small hole at the top in order to garnish it. I have used choco chips for garnishing
Refrigerate for - hours and you are good to consume it
