Ginger, coriander, chilli - as per taste
Soak moong dal for an hour and then grind it into a paste. In a bowl add the paste, coriander, besan, chilli, ginger, salt, cumin, onions, and baking powder. Refrigerate for an hour. Then grease the baking tray with oil and place the patties. Preheat the oven in degrees C. Place the tray and bake it for - minutes.
