Ingredients- Rice - 50gm Green Mung Dal - 40gm Tomato- 4 Oil - 5ml
Soak dall and rice together for hrs.
I made the chutney for family so used (oil and tomatoes) in multiple of . ml oil n gm tomatoes.
Heat oil, add asiphotida, curry leaves, Haldi n red mirch and tomato. Add a little water. Let it cook until tomatoes are mushy. Switch off the gas and let it cool down. Once cooled, grind this into nice paste texture. Tadaaaa!!! Tangy tomato chutney is ready!!
Crush the soaked Dal rice in mixer to form smooth paste. Add some curry leaves and green mirch to it. Add salt n jeera powder to it. Thats it.
Pour the batter on hot non-stick grindle. With laddle, spread into nice dosa n cover it with lid.
In about a minute dosa is crisp. Spread very little oil (out of remaining ml) with brush on dosa n turn it over.
