To be mixed together into a batter 1/2 cup rice flour 1/4 cup peeled and grated potatoes 1 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts 1/4 cup water salt to taste
To be mixed together for thr topping 1/2 cup cooked mixed sprouts (red Chana,chawli,moong,rajma etc.) 2tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) 2 green chillies ginely chopped
2 tsp oil for cooking
divide the batter into equal portions. keep inside. . divide the topping mixture into equal portions. keep inside. . Heat a non stick tava pour a portion of the batter on it and using a laddle spread it evenly into a mm. . spread a portion of the topping evenly over it. . cook using / tsp of oil till both side are golden brown in colour. . repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more pancakes serve hot.
