Roast black gram and horse gram until crisp and make it into a fine powder. Dry roast soya and ground it into little course powder. Mix both the powders well and add besan and roast the mixed flour properly until u get nice aroma. ( U can add ghee little by little while u roast or add it at the end while u make ladoos) Once roasted keep it aside to cool and dry roast coursly pound nut mix. Also ground sugar into fine powder. Once cooled add sugar and nut mix and start making ladoo. Do give it a try😀👍
