Paneer 75g
Carrots 100g
Cauliflower 100g
Spinach and methi mix 100g
Olive oil 5ml
In a bowl finely grate carrot, cauliflower and paneer. Add finely chopped spinach and methi. Add the wheat flour. Add all the dry spices like salt, coriander+jeera powder, carrom seeds. Make a dough and roll it into chapati. Cook on a nonstick tawa by applying little olive oil or ghee on both sides. PS: you can add more veggies of your choice too.
