Defatted Soya Flour 50gms
Makai ka aata 25gms
Oil 5ml
Baking Powder 1/4th tsp
Water as required
Mix all ingredients and knead into a tight dough Keep aside for mins
Knead well after mins , make balls and roll into chapatis.
Place the chapatis on a heated tawa and toast on both sides for -secs.
Now cut the chapatis into triangles and place in a preheated airfryer for - mins , flipping them in between.
Once done serve with choice of dips or salsa .
Can be stored for -days in an airtight container
