1/2 cup hot water
Cardamom powder
Sugar substitute
Saffron
1 almond and 1 pistachio for decoration
Make a purée of mango, cardamom, saffron and sugar substitute
Rost suji in ghee until it releases the sweet aroma
Add hot water and stir until it thickens
Add mango purée and keep stirring until it’s ready ... suji halwa consistency
Serve, decorate with almond and pistachio and get ready to enjoy the the deliciousness of mango !!
