1. 1 scoop whey protein (25 to 30gm) 2. 1/2 tbsp baking power 3. 1/2 tbsp coffee for taste 4. 100 ml milk
To bake this quick low carb, high protein cupcake- . Take scoop (- gms) of whey protein. I used whey concentrate , chocolate Peanut butter flavour . Add / tbsp of baking powder and / tbsp coffee for taste in the bowl . Add milk to the mixture. I used ml milk. Mix it properly for - mins and keep it in the microwave for seconds. That’s it! Now take that hot and high protein cupcake of yours and realish it!🤩
