Cabbage - 8 leafs
Chicken Breast - 200 gm
Onions 50 gms (stuffing), 3 gm of Oil
Chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste, Masalas
Sauce - 3 gms of oil, 50 gm onion, 1 tomato, Garlic 3 ,
Sauce - Red Whole Chilly 2, Lemon juice 1 tea spoon, stevia( optional)
Boil the cabbage leafs with salt.Cook till it becomes transparent and soft. Drain the water, cut it lengthwise and keep it aside.aside.
Grind chicken breast pieces, add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric and any masala you prefer
grind it and make a paste
transfer it into another container add onion (length wise chopped pieces )and mix well.
stuff this mixture on a cooked cabbage leaf and Roll
keep it for steam for minutes and take it out.
On a pan, spread gms of oil, place the steamed rolls without closing lid,
fry them on both side ,sprinkle salt and pepper on the top
For sauce - Take gm oil, add chopped garlic ,Onion, tomato and red whole chilis
..grind them along with little water add salt, little stevia and lemon juice..
Sauce is ready.
