Bottle gourd, grated and squeezed 100g
Ghee 10 g
Paneer 50 g
Sugar free Sachets 2
Milk 100 g
Saffron few strands
Almonds 2, slivered
Heat ghee in a pan and fry bottle gourd till they turn translucent.
Add saffron and milk, summer and cook till the veggie turns soft.
Add grated paneer and saute till it leaves fat.
Add sugar free and cook for some more time.
Transfer on a serving bowl and garnish with slivered almonds.
